This week for our class on Greece we learned about the cheese Halloumi, which is made from a mix of sheep and goat’s milk. 🧀🐑🐐
The interesting thing about this particular cheese is that it doesn’t really melt, and the kids enjoyed seeing me fry it. 🍳😄
We added some honey and lemon juice and it was delicious. 🍯🍋🤤
The kids also ate tzatziki, which is a cucumber and yogurt dip. 🥒🧂
Overall everyone had a great time and the class was a big success!🎉👏
